Mobilization Mini Series

Welcome to Dr. Konrad's Mobilization Mini Series!

Dr. Konrad will be going over 4 strategies to improve mobilization in your shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, and gently into the spine.

Some of these mobilization strategies include using a few tools:

A: Using a PVC pipe, broom stick, or other light weight straight pole will aid in maximizing your mobility while keeping you in a safer position as you challenge your mobility.

B: Dr. Konrad prefers to use a lacrosse ball due to its firmness and dexterity for some of the mobilization techniques he teaches. If you do not have one, you may use a tennis ball, or other massage type ball. Make sure the ball is FIRM enough for you to feel adequate pressure into your tissues.

C: Lastly, Dr. Konrad will be demonstrating another mobilization technique that will require you to hold onto a stable attachment point. Kitchen sinks are great for this or using a solid fence may be suitable to perform the mobilization technique.

After application of these strategies you feel more invigorated and physically prepared for your activities of daily life!

Please follow along and use these strategies daily and as often as you need!
