The technique on this video is beneficial if you cannot physically do the exercises in this course due to physical limitation or lack of space to perform the exercise.
*Breakdown: Connect the master emotional processing point (hand over forehead) to ONE alarm point (pick the alarm point MOST SIMILAR to the emotion you are currently wanting to process)
*This technique is best used when you KNOW the emotion or have a statement you want to process so you can "hold on" to that thought consciously while you're connecting the two body points with your hands
*Be sure to refer back to the instruction manual if you are feeling confused or overwhelmed
