Dr. Konrad gets you onto your back in Module 2.
This position allows us to safely build strength into our core and glutes.
Dr. Konrad teaches you to appropriately challenge and retrain the motor control patterns for upper and lower extremity mobility all while bracing the core in this functional and spine sparring position.
You will develop a stronger core, more stability AND mobility in your shoulders and hips. You will start to be able to engage more into your ANTERIOR AND posterior chain which tends to be neglected and lost with inactivity.
After some practice you will see that you can engage your core with more ease and you might even see improvement in your posture.
This module is great place to start if you are experiencing any low back pain.
