Heather is a lifelong lover of the outdoors and has a deep call to the healing arts. She has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2013 and primarily practices structural bodywork. She is also a Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach and offers a body-based approach to coaching that allows her clients to access their own unique life wisdom.
