Dr. Konrad continues his Dad's Movement Strategy by getting you now on your side!

This position allows for you to challenge your lateral (side to side) stability. Lateral stability is necessary to increase agility and speed. We need to be able to shift our weight side to side in order to propel our bodies forward. 

This movement strategy focuses on building stability and strength into your rotator cuff muscles (shoulder), abdominal oblique and low back muscles.

This module is great place to start if you are STILL experiencing mild or chronic low back pain or shoulder pain.
